30 specialized AI agents — from CFO scenario modeling to AR collection to curriculum harmonization — purpose-built for the complexity of international IB schools. Every agent Human In The Loop-gated (HITL). Every output audit-ready.
The Challenge
Globally mobile families. Multiple regulatory regimes. PowerSchool rostering. ManageBac assessments. Multi-currency exposure. Accreditation risk. And a Head of School who must synthesize it all. Until now, there was no system built for this.
Financial scenarios built in spreadsheets. No P10/P50/P90 confidence intervals. Enrollment downside triggers discovered in board meetings, not before them.
Families 45+ days outstanding. No tiered outreach. No cultural sensitivity protocol. No payment plan automation. Cash sitting uncollected.
Every leadership transition resets the DEI commitments, the financial assumptions, the cultural agreements. The institutional brain walks out the door.
GDPR. Singapore PDPA. South Korea PIPA. FERPA for US-citizen students. OneRoster integration with PowerSchool. Each school navigating alone.
The Platform
Five agents. Measurable in dollars within 30 days. Every output Human In The Loop-gated (HITL) — agents can read, analyze, draft, model, recommend. They cannot execute without human approval.
Ingests meeting minutes, board resolutions, DEI commitments. Generates Institutional DNA Brief for every new Head of School. Knowledge never walks out the door again.
Overnight batch. 8 enrollment scenarios with P10/P50/P90 intervals. Austerity Protocol auto-triggers at 15% deficit. Board-ready PDF in the morning.
Tiered outreach with CARE Protocol. Empathy-led, culturally calibrated. Target: AR Days ≤ 28. Every 10-day reduction ≈ $40–80K recovered cash flow.
The institutional Devil's Advocate. ≥3 risk categories surfaced per major decision. MISSION CRITICAL flags go directly to the board — cannot be suppressed.
IoT sensor data + PowerSchool timetable. Weekly Space Intelligence Report. Every 10% utilization improvement ≈ $15–40K recovered revenue annually.

Dr. John Aden, PhD · Founder
Dr. John Aden, PhD, is not a Silicon Valley founder who discovered education. He is a Fulbright fellow, a three-time US Department of Education Foreign Language Studies fellow, and a scholar-practitioner who has worked from inside the schools this platform serves.
Dr. Aden has served on Senior Leadership Teams at two independent schools, worked directly with an IB international school in East Asia, and provided pro bono consultancy to the education NGO community in East Africa. He has served on multiple accreditation teams as a committee member — co-authoring self-study and full accreditation report content — and brings deep familiarity with the Accreditation and Self-Study processes that govern every school this platform touches.
The 2-volume book series and practitioner workbook that accompany this platform are not marketing collateral. They are the intellectual architecture that every IB administrator will encounter — and the platform that makes the architecture operational.
The Books
The 2-volume series and practitioner workbook give every administrator the conceptual framework before the platform arrives. Theory and practice, in the same hands, at the same time.
Agents 01–15. Curriculum harmonization, assessment analytics, student wellbeing intelligence, IB programme alignment. The pedagogical intelligence suite.
Agents 16–30. CFO Intelligence Suite, HR analytics, facilities optimization, compliance governance. The operational intelligence suite.
58 standalone HTML facilitation tools. Offline-capable. Each session seeds the Institutional Wiki with structured school intelligence. The data layer.
Trust & Security
Student PII never enters the LLM context. Every write action requires human approval. One isolated database per school — architecturally impossible to cross-contaminate.
All student and family data is accessed via encrypted tool calls with row-level filtering. The model reasons about anonymized references — not raw records. This is architectural, not a policy.
Agents can read, analyze, draft, model, and recommend. They cannot execute any write action — on student records, financial data, or communications — without explicit human approval in the HITL Command Center.
Multi-tenant architecture with complete database isolation. Row-Level Security policies enforce boundaries at the database layer — a misconfiguration cannot expose one school's data to another.
Agents operate via service accounts with minimum required permissions. No agent has write access it does not specifically need. Every action is logged to an immutable audit trail.
Architecture supports GDPR (EU), Singapore PDPA, South Korea PIPA (amended 2026), UAE PDPL, and FERPA for US-citizen students enrolled internationally. Compliance documentation available under CNDA.
Student roster data flows PowerSchool → BigQuery via encrypted OAuth2 REST integration. PII travels through an encrypted mesh — never through the LLM. Write-back to PowerSchool requires HITL approval and audit log entry.
Watch the FP&A Scenario Modeler run an enrollment downside analysis with P10/P50/P90 confidence intervals, automatic Austerity Protocol triggers, and board-ready PDF output — before your morning coffee.
